- Procurement – Once plans and a scope are received for pricing, we will prepare a proposal and project timeline for your review and approval
- Permits – Should you chose us to be your contractor, we will file the required documentation to obtain the permits needed for your project.
- Pre-Construction – Prior to construction we develop a strategic plan and review all aspects of the project to ensure maximum coordination and efficiency.
- Project Execution – Commencement of construction activity’s. Once the project starts, we will provide you with a weekly progress report and maintain constant communication throughout the construction process.
- Project Closure– We will obtain all required municipal inspections and documentation needed for your business to open to the public. We will conduct a post construction walk-through to assure your utmost satisfaction.
- Warranty – Commercial Construction Development will warranty all construction and related services provided.
